Throughout January we are shipping your orders 1 to 2 days after you place them. If you need your order by a specific date, please leave a note at checkout so we can upgrade you to Express Post if necessary (within AUS).

Shipping within Australia is FREE!
Shipping internationally is a $8.95AU flat rate.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Orders are posted from our little studio in Melbourne, Australia. Your purchase is shipped within 1-4 days of the order being placed! (If you need something in a hurry please let us know before ordering!)
We post with Australia Post, and delivery times are approximately:
Within Australia: 2-5 working days (Perth + regional areas take longest, sorry!)
Worldwide: 4-15 working days
CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Orders within Australia will have tracking (except rings! we send these letter post). We'll give you tracking info after your item is sent.
Orders sent internationally aren't trackable, but we will always help with any postal issues!
HOW ARE YOUR ITEMS PACKAGED?
Bangles are packaged in a beautiful gift box, with care info.
Rings are packaged in a little envelope.
Earrings are attached to a silver printed card.
Necklaces are inserted onto a card.
All items come with care instructions, and are packed with plenty of bubble wrap to prevent damage in the post.
DO YOU GIFT WRAP?
YES! We love gift wrapping. If you would like your order sent directly to your gift recipient PLEASE let us know so we can leave out the invoice and enclose a special message from you!
DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS?
Sly Pony loves making special products for you! Want a specific colour, jewellery for a special day, or just something unique? Get in touch, we can usually create in 1-2 weeks.
CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?
We assess returns on a case by case basis, but if your purchase is the wrong size, is damaged in the post, is not what you expected, or you have any other issue, please get in touch - we can generally help out with exchanges or refunds when necessary.
